Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Yekja (the "service"), a service of Shirbuild, run by Shir Ali EI. By creating an account you accept them.

1. What Yekja does

Yekja lets you prepare posts once and publish or schedule them on social networks you connect (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Telegram and Pinterest). It also offers AI caption suggestions, a content calendar and a link-in-bio page.

Publishing happens through each network's official tools, via our technical partner Zernio. Yekja is not affiliated with or endorsed by these networks. Their rules and features can change at any time, which can affect what Yekja can do.

2. Your account

You must be at least 15 years old, or the age required in your country, to use Yekja. Give a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account.

You may only connect social accounts that you own or are allowed to manage.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos, videos, texts and links you add. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and publish them for you.

You are responsible for what you publish. Do not use Yekja for illegal content, spam, misleading ads, hate, harassment, or content that breaks the rules of the networks you post to or the rights of others.

AI captions are suggestions and can contain mistakes. Always read them before posting.

4. Plans and payment

The Free plan has monthly limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.

On a paid plan you can add extra social accounts for the price shown on the Plan page. If you change plan or the number of extra accounts, the difference for the rest of the month is charged, or credited to your next invoices, straight away.

You can cancel at any time in the Plan page → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. VAT: TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): you have 14 days after your first payment to withdraw. If you ask for a refund in that time, write to us and we will refund you in full.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period, and you can cancel before it does.

5. Availability

We work to keep Yekja running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. A post can fail if a network refuses it, is down, or disconnects your account. Check the calendar for the status of your posts.

6. Liability

Yekja is provided as it is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales, lost followers or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after warning you when possible.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms. We will tell you by email or in the app before important changes take effect.

These terms are governed by French law. If there is a dispute, please contact us first at support@shirbuild.app. You keep the right to go to the competent courts.

Invites and partners

Invite links: the friend you invite gets their first month free on a paid plan, once, if they have never subscribed before. You get one free month as account credit (worth one Creator month) 30 days after your friend's first real payment, if it is not refunded. Up to 12 free months a year. Credit has no cash value and is used on your next Yekja invoices.

You cannot invite yourself or use several accounts, throwaway emails or fake sign-ups. Rewards obtained this way are cancelled, and the accounts may be closed.

Partners: partners are approved by us and get a personal code. Their customers get the discount shown with the code. Partners earn the agreed commission on what those customers pay (without VAT) for the agreed number of months. Commission becomes payable 30 days after each payment, if not refunded, and is paid monthly once it reaches €20. Partners must say clearly that they are partners (for example #ad), must not make false claims and must not run ads on the Yekja name. Partners who receive commission are responsible for their own taxes and, where required, for sending us an invoice.

We may change or end the invite and partner programs with notice. Rewards already earned stay valid.
